At I Create MI, every item is made just for you. Because all products are printed on demand and sent to production immediately, all sales are final once the order is submitted.

No Cancellations

Orders begin production right away, which means they cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded once placed. Please double‑check your cart, shipping address, and personalization details before checkout.

Damaged, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, I’ll take care of it.

Please contact me within 3 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the issue

Once verified, I will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund for the affected item.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non‑refundable.
