Shipping policy

At I Create MI, every item is made just for you. We work with trusted print‑on‑demand partners and additional providers as our catalog grows—to produce and ship your order with care.

Production & Processing Times

All items are printed on demand. Production typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on the product and the fulfillment partner.

Because production begins immediately, orders cannot be changed or canceled once submitted.

Estimated Delivery Time

To keep expectations clear and realistic:

Most orders arrive within 10–14 days.

This includes:

Production time (2–7 business days)
Shipping time (3–7 business days)

Some items may arrive sooner, and some may take a little longer depending on the print provider, carrier delays, holidays, or your location.

Multiple Packages

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately. Different POD partners may fulfill different products, so you may receive more than one tracking number.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on product type, weight, and destination. Some items may have separate shipping fees if fulfilled by different POD providers.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, it is considered delivered. I Create MI is not responsible for:

Packages lost or stolen after delivery
Delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

For lost or delayed shipments, please contact the carrier directly.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, I’ll make it right.

Please contact me within 3 days of delivery with:

Your order number
Clear photos of the issue

Once verified, I will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund for the affected item.

International Orders

Customs fees, import taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by country and are not included in the product or shipping price.
