Welcome to I Create MI. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms. These policies help keep our small business running smoothly while ensuring a fair and positive experience for our customers.

1. Made‑to‑Order Production

All items are printed on demand. Production begins immediately after checkout. Because of this, all sales are final once the order is submitted.

2. No Cancellations or Changes

Orders cannot be canceled, edited, or refunded after purchase. Please review your cart, shipping address, and personalization details carefully before completing checkout.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates provided by carriers and may vary. I Create MI is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

If a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, it is considered delivered. Lost or stolen packages must be resolved directly with the carrier.

4. Damaged, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, I will make it right.

Please contact me within 3 days of delivery with:

Your order number
Clear photos of the issue

Once verified, a replacement or refund will be issued for the affected item.

5. Returns

Because each item is made to order, returns are not accepted for buyer’s remorse, sizing issues, or change‑of‑mind.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is collected at checkout. I Create MI reserves the right to update pricing at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, and content created by I Create MI are owned by I Create MI and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without written permission.
